Black screen with mouse cursor at login screen in Build 10074

After installing Build 10074 of Windows Insider Preview, at the login screen, I see only a black screen with a moveable mouse cursor.

Hello,

There was a similar issue with the same symptoms in Build 10061 that we resolved for most customers.  Unfortunately, there is a separate cause for this problem that persists in Build 10074 for a small number of customers, and we are investigating a solution.

 

Currently there is no known workaround for this issue other than to try restarting Windows.
