Removing a printer device FULLY

I am within "Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers".

When I attempt to remove a printer, the printer icon and offering remains listed.  I am performing a right-click > Remove Device.  How do I FULLY remove this device?

It is not tagged as the default printer, and the print queue is empty.

Thanks - Brad

I actually paid Microsoft for this answer so your welcome in advance :). Go to administrative tools, then printer management, then all printers.  All the printers should be listed there and you can remove the ones you don't want at this point.  Getting this answer took 2 hours of my life so enjoy!
