Graphics card stopped working after windows insder update

I am having a problem with my windows 10 laptop with the new windows update for windows insider program, version 1803. My intel GPU has a yellow triangle beside it in the device manager, and I am having many performance issues. The control panel for that GPU is missing from the desktop. (Normally I can right click on the desktop and see an option for it. I have a Nvidia graphics card as well. When I try to go to its control panel, it says it is not attached. I can still go back to a previous version of windows and everything works fine, but I wanted to first see if there was a way to get it working on this version.
