Hi, I recently purchased the Knife of Dunwall DLC for Dishonored and it came up with a message something along the lines of "cannot download items right now" So I restarted my xbox and it's showing that I've never purchased it even though It has taken £6.75 from my account. I checked my email and I have the purchase confirmation, but the xbox.com website or the xbox dashboard has any recollection of this.

Sorry to hear about the problems. So if you scroll to Settings, then select Account and choose Download History you don't show this as the top entry? If so then just click on it and select Download Again. If not then the good news is that since you have the confirmation e-mail this will have the date and confirmation number. I would recommend contacting Microsoft Phone Support to either look at providing a refund so you can re-purchase or so they can figure out what is going on. Let us know how things go.
