Let a friend relicense your gamertag

If I let my friend recover my gamertag to relicense my purchase history, would that be a violation of the ToU? Would i get my gamertag/console banned for that?

Why would you want a friend to recover your GT to his console and transfer all your licenses to his console?

All I want to know is- will I get in trouble if I let him have my licenses? I'm basically giving my games away, I don't see how this would be a breach of the ToU.

And to answer your question, I have 150+ arcade games that I never play, and I want to let him have them since I don't use them anymore and they're just going to waste being un-used. They're my licenses to do with what I want, right? If I give them to someone else, I don't see why that would be a problem.

Yes, this is against the Terms of Xbox LIVE, specifically the part about not transferring licenses to other users.
