I bought points yesterday and I Downloaded a game, (was 400 points and I had JUST bought 1600) then I log on today to Watch a movie and it says I have only 90 points. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I THOUGHT maybe my son bought the 1st game but this time he wasnt near my xbox so I Know 100% fact he didnt (he is only 2) Also when I try to sign into net flix in the morning it says im logged in somewhere else. So someone has my account or something. I just changed my pw's today and I hope this helps.
Is there anything I can do about getting these points back. Its really bad that someone has DL 2 games that I didnt want (and they are not on my system never DL to the system, yet it says I already DL them) PLEASE give me some help about this. Ive lost 40+$ in 3 days because someone is using my account some how and IM not sure how to see or if someone can see where this is Being DL to. (and ive never shared my account or logged into my account on someone elses xbox)
