*HELP!!* Can't use some features in skate 3. Please reply!!

I bought skate 3 the day it came out and eventually traded it in....i picked it up again today and since then bought the new 360 slim...my problem is with the skate.parks, skate.reel, party play, and getting to my team requests....i did a license transfer when i got the new Xbox but i don't think it transferred the "skate share pack" which allows you to do these things.  it came in the box as an  "ea online pass" sorta deal. so since i license transferred and whatever that code was didn't come back  can i ever get my stuff back? i wanted to create skate parks, join teams, and be able to use party play at my house!! :( (my friend has the same problem too)

Hey Miikee.

Is this DLC?, if so have you tried going into your download history and re downloading it?.
You can find that on the account management page on your console.

I'm not sure if this is the problem but its something to check.

Its DLC that now costs 800 ms points but i put a code in on my old console that got me this for free. and i dont see it in my download history so im assuming that code wasnt actual DLC then. it was free, in the box when you got the new copy. the weird thing is that it does say i have it under the menu screen on skate 3. next to all the DLC's there is a box for a check mark and that one is marked. its honestly confusing me.

ok, nevermind. i just saw under the skate share pack DLC that it has usage restrictions. can only be used on the first console. never transferred >:( i wish i could just get it back for free....

That is strange.

I think the best thing to do for a definite answer is E mail EA & tell them exactly what happened.
They may have some way of fixing this for you. Its ridiculous that it is not available anymore just because you swapped consoles.

Just to check something OP, but its a long shot.
Go to your online safety settings on your profile using your console and make sure 'user created content' is set to everyone, then try again.
It is a long shot though.
