GTAIV CANT DOWNLOAD

Can you please tell me exactly what happens when you try to download the game? Does it take you to the 'active downloads' section and get to a certain % of the download? Is it giving you an error message with a code? Lastly, do you have enough space on your hard drive to download it? Please let me know, thank you.

We should need some error message or something that we can know what happen. how do you know you cant download ?  what exactly xbox says ?

it says cant download i have an 120 gb hard drive with 44gbs left idk thats all it says is cant  download im on the brink of calling microsoft

Hi Emotion, Im having the exact same problem with 3 games on demand I got on sale. It stops the download at the same percentage reguardless if whether I continue it, or delete it and restart the download. Heres what ive tried:

*clearing the system cache

*deleting the rights database

*using a wired connection (as I always do)

*I have a 130 gig hard drive with 50 free gigs, so space isnt a problem        

*Ive tried continuing the download, deleting it but it always stops at the same percentage.

* I live in the U.S region.

Download always stops at 18%  If you or anyone else finds a solution, please msg me, I will inform you as well.                                            

Hey Satrony! This actually sounds like a separate issue, for this reason, can you please create a brand new thread in this forum! In that new thread can you let us know your router and modem, make and model? If you have the latest version of firmware for your router? Lastly can you please go to http://speedtest.net on a computer on the same network as your console, take the test there, and post the result image back here. Thanks!
