GTA IV Fatal error wtv190

Please I need help ,i've got a CD version of GTA IV today i made a update to games for windows live in GTA IV but when i restart the game i ´can't log in in game for windows live and when i put the game starting , the game reaches the first movie of "The cousins Bellic"  apears the error wtv 190.

Please help.
