I was wondering the same thing. Microsoft has a video that talks about the Lakeside Center for Autism where they are using the Kinect to help autistic children.

Does anyone have more details on what they do over there? Which games, and how do they use them?

My 6 year old loves the Indie game "let's draw a picture together".  We also play portal (he is way better at solving the puzzles than me!), and kinnect adventures.  I would love more games to play with him.

My nephew loved the XBLI game Kissy Poo for a long time before becoming bored with it.

If you have Kinect, check out the Sesame Street: Once Upon a Monster Demo.  Regardless of your daughter's degree of social development, the game has a lot to offer in ways of color, music, and physical entertainment.

Sheesh, I just posted a similar post.  My 10 year old autistic daughter really enjoys IloMilo on the arcade and Rayman's Origins

I have found that many of the Kinect games, and some arcade games really are good games for those with Autism.

Yall might want to check out a kingdom for kefling, and a world for kefling. You play a giant (your avatar) who rules over a world of keflings (people) and you build things and chop trees, etc. I know I really enjoy the game.
