Download Escaltion map pack in Isreal

Hello.

I live in Isreal and I want to download the map pack:"Escaltion" (from Black Ops) , But I dont know how to download it because Isreal doesn't appear in the list of the country list on Xbox LIVE. The massage that appears is : You cant download this map pack because of your location (or something like that, I don't remeber exactly).
