Dead Rising 3 bought, But I didnt buy it.

Hi I noticed dead rising 3 is installing on my hard drive but I never authrised the purchase, Can anybody help? Is it possible my accounts been hacked. I had alreadt bought DR3 on disc and didnt like it so I returned it, This does not make sense.

go to account.xbox.com see if it shows up in your transaction history if it does and you did not authorize it call xbox support

I just gone done talking with support they couldnt see the transaction. The game has just finished installing and when I try launch the game I get the prompt to insert the disc or switch account to the one that has the rights,(Its displayed as a GoD) I think its a glitch or bug of some sort. Because I still see the price when I go into the game on the store. Very wierd.

Very weird indeed. Go ahead and uninstall the game so it wont be taking up much needed space on your hard drive

It sounds kind of like maybe it downloaded an update for the game automatically and that's why it showed up. But I don't know.

Yep.

Theres been  a 5 gb update for the game, so i guess as you installed it from disc to play before you returned its its done the update
