D&D Daggerdale

I bought 500 + 1000 MS points from the dashboard via the 'Add Points' function when attempting to download D&D. It works, as usual, and the game starts downloading. When it hit 99% though, the progress froze for a while until it told me I couldn't download it. I try to download it again, but it says I haven't bought it yet the points I bought are gone.

Anything I can do? Anyone else had this problem?

Delete what you have downloaded form your hard drive. Clear your system cache, then force the redownload from your purchase history. If the game isnt showing up in your purchase history, then you need to call support.
