Buying games on Us market from Europe, safe?

Hi!

I live in Sweden and I have an Xbox one console that I imported from MS store in Italy. The Xbox one is not out for sale in Sweden yet and so I can't buy games with the Swedish currency (SEK Krona). However I can change my "location" on the Xbox one to United States and use dollars ($) as my currency and use my cousins billing adress that lives in the US since im getting a digital product the adress should not matter that much. So my question is, are there any chance that I might get banned for doing this? because the games are almost half the price in dollars.  

I read in another forum, that people did exactly, what you discribe and they didn't get banned.

Microsoft has said that the Xbox One is region free, so you wont have any problems doing that.
