when i play bad company 2 i can only play offline.
when i press online it says your profile does not have the correct permissions to acces xbox live.
please help

Hey Mage.
Unfortunately the most common reason for this error code is that EA have an online age restriction in place for their games. In the case of BC2 you need to have an adult account to access online functionality.
If this is the only title you are having issues with MP wise and your account is a minors, this is likely the cause.
