About Transferring Licenses

On August 25 my account was compromised and the person who took my account transferred all of my licenses of my previous games purchased to their console.  Now I have my account back and my points that they spent have been refunded but I still can't transfer my licenses back to my console until Christmas.  I was wondering if I could have this reset so that I could transfer all of my games that I have purchased back to my original xbox so that I can play offline without having to be on the internet all the time.

 My gamertag is Bluecudas.

I called them and the guy on the phone told me to post on the xbox forums....

Unforunately, nobody on the forums can do the license transfer for you.
