Xbox Live/GFWL account bugged

It seems my Xbox Live account is somehow bugged. When I try to login on the Xbox it won't connect to Xbox Live and it doesn't give me any info as to why it won't login either. I tried to recover the gamertag but when it downloads it boots me from Live. When I go to XboxLive.com and check the account and membership info I get a 0x0000 error and an empty page. The same goes for GFWL so this is certainly not an hardware related issue. It seems to have happened after my Xbox Live Gold Membership ran out but that was a pre-paid card and it should've gone back to Silver(I got a notfication mail about this) so it's not a billing issue either.

Yes this account, I can get up to XboxLive.com and post on the support forums and such but when I click on manage subscriptions I just get an error. GFWL and Xbox Live won't login.
