Xbox Live keeps disconnecting?

Okay, this has gotten really frustrating. When I turn my xbox on, everything is alright, I can send messages, everything. However, for the past week, I've tried to play MW2 or BO or whatever and for some reason, everytime I go to play, I get disconnected from Xbox Live. I dashboard, and I'll be connected for like 10 mins where it will randomly disconnect again. My NAT is open, I've always had a wireless connection and it has worked perfectly until this week. Any thoughts or suggestions?
