Windows Live ID/xbox problem:

I'm currently having trouble with both My xbox and Windows ID.

 

Basically I cannot buy any DLC, films, or games on xbox or xbox.com because 'this item is not available in your location'. After a lot of searching etc I found my Windows Live ID was displaying German.

I cannot change the language/location as when I go onto my ID it says United Kingdom/channel Islands.

I've tried phoning Microsoft, Windows Live ID and xbox support and none of them have answerwed their phones after 15 minutes of waiting.

Anyone have any ideas?

You need to go into the Windows Live ID options and change the country. If this does not work, make another Windows Live ID and change it on your Xbox Live profile.

Hey mate, are you now living in a different region than where your Gamertag was created? If so, I'm afraid your only option is to create a new Gamertag for that region. Games, consoles, accounts and DLC may have issues if they're not all from/for the same region.
