Product Shipped Back to Customer???

I had my Xbox One repaired and paid the extra $$ for the 2 day shipping.  On Friday the 11th, Xbox Service Center sent me an email saying my Xbox has been shipped out to FedEx.  Funny thing is, FedEx has not received my package.  It's now been 2 days and there is STILL NO SIGN of it.  I'm getting really sick of MS jerking me around about this because each support rep I talk to has something different to say and they don't seem to have a clue about what is going on.

I think when they say 2 day shipping they mean 2 business days so if you got the message on Friday you can probably expect it back Tuesday. This is normal for FedEx/UPS shipping times unless you pay even more for weekend transit.

No, I called FedEx and they said MS hasn't given them the package yet.  Even today (Monday) MS STILL hasn't given them my console for delivery.  This is a joke

The package has to go through customs(Mexico) before it reaches FedEx. It can take up to 6 days in some cases. But keep checking the tracking number. It will register in their database soon.

Hey DebtlessMoon - I totally understand, the repair process (specifically, the shipping) can be extremely frustrating, I've been there. I do know that when a tracking number shows "Shipped," it does not always mean that it has left on its way to you. Often, USPS says "Shipped: Status - Shipping Information Received," and UPS will say something like "Electronic shipping info has been transmitted." I know Fed Ex also has some version of this, but the bottom line is, this wording means that the shipping process has started by notifying the carrier that a pickup is ready, but the package hasn't been scanned at its initial pickup yet.

Now, that said, I had a couple of times when I was waiting for a 360 to be shipped back and the package actually got to me before the tracking info updated. When the FedEx rep tells you "No, we don't have it yet," they're just giving you the info they have based on the tracking. I had this experience also.

So, long story short, the 2-business-day shipping usually refers to the time in-transit once it is picked up/scanned by FedEx. So, you may get it soon, if FE didn't scan properly, or within 2 days after they scan it.

What does your tracking say, specifically?

Add onto that what McFly said, which also goes to the time difference.
