please help my son has (i think) done a restore to factory settings now its in chinese!

Please help

My 5yr old boy has pressed some buttons now it only comes on the xbox live screen not the normal home page. all the help i have read on changing the language is based on you being on the new screen.... however im not on this screen and cant read the language on the screen please please help!

We'll disregard the words written on the screen. Do the following

Press the "Guide" button in the middle of your controller
Scroll to the right all the way.
Select the third option
Select the first option
Select the third option (again)
Select the first option (again)
Here, you'll see a list of languages. Select "English" or "English (QWERTY Keyboard)"
