Paid for 12 months of Xbox LIVE, but only received 6 months.

Okay. so this last January, my Xbox LIVE membership expired, and was automatically renewed for another full year.

January, 2013, to be clear. 

I logged into my account, after transferring it to another xbox through a flash drive, only for it to say that my membership would expire sometime in June or July. I am not sure, but I can find my payment records if need be. 

How, if after I paid $60 out of my own pocket for a FULL YEAR, does it suddenly change to 6 months, if even that? Anyone?

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you go about fixing it?

Sorry to hear about the account troubles. Looking at your account, it does indeed show as a 12 Month expiring early.

At this point, Phone Support will be best equipped to get this resolved for you.
