ORANGE BROADBAND!!!

Hello all. Just wondering if orange have sorted this really BIG problem out as it is starting to get on my nerves. The problems i am having is cant connect to XBOX LIVE partys, cant connect to games with my friend who is also on the same ISP. They have limited time before i cancel my internet as they say that i cannot cancel due to im in a ''18 month contract'' but thats the only option to cancel because they are not giving me peace of mind internet service! is anybody else having this issue?

It sounds lke your dealing with a NAT error that may not be actually showing an error message, I would try opening the ports on your router and see if that resolves your issue.
