NAT Type is Open on Xbox One, But Strict on 360

My NAT type on my 360 has suddenly changed from open to strict. Nothing has changed with my network, I haven't gotten a new router or modem, and my Xbox One still says that my NAT type is open. I've tried some different things to fix it, but I don't understand why my NAT type went from open on both consoles for a long period of time to strict on the 360 for no apparent reason.

My NAT type has changed back to open on its own. I was going to try forwarding the ports as suggested above, but after I checked it one last time, it had switched back to open.
