My xbox live profile

hiya, i log into my xbox live account and i find that my background has been reset to the defult green one, my gamerscore has gone to 0 my zone says none, i have no gamer picture and all my bio,moto etc is all emty.. but my friends online say they can see it all fine but i cant.. so can you help me? thanks

it sounds like your profile is corrupt. Try deleting it and recovering it. You can find instructions here - support.xbox.com/.../gamer-profile.aspx Just make sure when you delete your profile, to delete the profile only.
