I'm getting a new Xbox but.....

So, at present I have a Xbox 360 Elite. However, it's on it's last legs :(

So I wanna get the 250gb Slim.

Thing is I wanna trade in my Xbox to be able to get discount off the new one. Now this gives me the problem of the things on my HDD (eg games I have downloaded off the Marketplace). Is there a way to get all the stuff off my HDD onto the new Xbox without physically having my old Xbox there?

Transfer guide. You want the USB section.

Put your profile and game saves on a USB flash drive, everything else can be re downloaded using your download history.

You will need to move your licences to your new console, there is information and a link to the DRM tool on the page in the link.
