I connected an xbox 360 to a pc monitor but...

i connected an xbox 360 to a pc monitor but the words where blurry with the microsoft cable, all is good and plays realy well, but the words are a little blurry, i experiment with the differnt resolution settings but still no signifigant change, is there something i can do about it? any xbox setting that i missed? or something about the monitor? the monitor is a TFT high def btw.

my xbox elite is connected to my 22" pc monitor i used a hdmi-dvi cable ..

my sons is also connected to his 19" monitor he uses a xbox vga cable i purchased (£15 i think about $23?)

we simply used the auto adjust settings on our monitors to sort my sons blurry words out and set the xbox to the max res setting the monitor could handle and it works fine.

this may or may not help u but its how we sorted the blurry letters

Vga runs 720p And its fine and a good purchase. If you have a componant connection it won't run Hi-def or close to it no matter what settings you change.

might be the monitors refresh rate. or sync rate or a setting on the monitor.. like movie setting or one of those premade settings you can choose
