FED UP WITH XBOX

What happend when your account was hacked??  Did you file a report?  Did you notify the police???  Have you called support???     Thank you for the information and GOOD LUCK!!!  

Sad about your experiences with xbox but honestly mate - do you really think you will not have problems with PS4 ?

I mean many accounts and bank informations have been hacked on playstation in the past...

Yeah because Playstation Network has never had any problems with compromised accounts.................. <end sarcasm>

The XBLPET banned my account WK4F x Niko for no reason and did not state any proof and/or evidence that led to its ban. I have the FBI of Annapolis Maryland talking with them now.

I don't know if the FBI will know to check this or not, but I'd recommend checking your Microsoft Account email for that gamertag, as the Enforcement Team always sends an email to that.  Also, if you have questions regarding the suspension, try posting in the suspension forum, where the XBLPET actively respond to such queries with much easier access to info than your local Federal Beureau of Investigation.

[/quote]If you haven't already, you will need to contact support on their 800 number (assuming you are in the US btw) and have them open a case regarding unauthorized access.  You will need to provide proof that you do in fact own the account, so there will be some security questions you will need to answer.

[/quote]MS doesn't just go banning random accounts for the heck of it.  Someone filed a complaint against you, and they did a thorough investigation and found that you breached the Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct.  They will send an email that is associated with the xbox live ID.  If it was a 24 hour ban they may or may not give you a reason for the ban.  MS does not give out the proof that they acquire during an investigation, nor do they tell people how they go about investigating people.  You can post in the accounts suspensions forum to find out for your ban.  Keep in mind that forum is only for inquiry only.

You don't understand, I didn't get ANY form of notification. Plus I asked XBLPET Iota and she said that I was part of a selected ban sweep. Which means they ban you for random stuff. Plus on top of that, I have never broken the Code of Conduct or terms of use. I did nothing wrong and they won't give me my account back!!! I know I had done nothing wrong because the account was inactive for 6 months. Without live that I know of because I was in basic training. They have no right and no proof that I did ANYTHING. Plus banning people without reason is against their own ToS.
