Console Ban waves.

So angry too, today i tryed to go on xbox live, and then it shows me the error message that my console is ban, i'm not a cheater or anything else, i always did the things folowing the rules -_-

Yes most definitely. Please, we need to work together. If we get enough people to complaint about it, we may get our live back. And those Xbox ambassadors keep on covering up for Xbox and Microsoft.

I hears about some exceptions made if you call the microsoft loyer or something like that, i lost the number, i've seen it a bit before on the forum

To be honest with you guys if you have been console banned then you must of broken the terms of use. Xbox does not just go and ban your console for nothing. Now if feel that not buying consoles is going to hurt xbox/microsoft then you do not relize how many people own xbox.

TG Tryhard You are so naive! Very user that comes in here and see how big the mistake Microsoft has made feels a little better that the scale of the problem cant go unnoticed for long. Microsoft failure to respond is only heightening our resolve, and make the resolution more painful for Microsoft. yes. yes there is something they can do yet they lie and say they cannot. the one time they had a massive console ban and banned alot of innocent people. they denied it for a while and then finally came to terms that they messed up and reversed alot of the console bans. so YES there is a way to do it and everyone who is posting "oh.....well you musta broken the rulezzz" stfu cause im sure at LEAST half the people on here have no idea wtf is going on because my console was also banned on the 8th. brand new bought 2 years ago xbox elite. only watch netflix and play COD blackops. so you tell me what i couldve done wrong. NOT ONLY THAT but the stupid xbox "tech support" tried telling me. well maybe when you bought your console from best buy (yeah lol best buy i know), it was used and they sealed it up to look new and the previous owner put a mod in there. and i said "well wouldnt there be a seal still on the inside of the xbox?" he said they could have had a security sticker that looks like the original, and i said so let me get this straight "someone bought an xbox opened it up modded it, stuck a sticker seal back on the xbox case and gave it back to the store who the *** would do that" like seriously. microsoft own up to your mistakes. i did notice if you google there was an xbox LIVE banwave for accounts because of marketplace fraud. i looked into it and that was because of people recovering gamertags and transfering dlc licenses between gamertags. i have no done this so cannot be related?? I'll tell you what i have done though. my gf plays on the same xbox, we splitscreen CODblackops all day. I downloaded the dlc maps on my account, so automatically transfers to hers (being on the same xbox). maybe their crappy automated P.O.S software mistaken that for marketplace theft of some kind? because it seems alot of people got account suspensions and some got console banned on the same day. funny how the account suspension page on the support forums goes inactive since sept 3. way to be a giant DB micro$oft. and if it is intentional (as it seems this happens before every big release) so people will buy another xbox to play CODMW3 **** off cause im about to move to ps3 cause they dont pull this crap on their customers.
