cant sign in to my profile on my xbox 360

i am trying to log in to my xbox live on my xbox 360 but requires me to sign in my emial for and update security on my xbox profile. when i sign in it does not recognize my email and password i reset my password 4 times and still doesn't allow me to get in to my profile. i would like to be able to use my xbox live since i am paying for it.

Hi there, sounds like you need to update your security proofs, if you follow the steps at the link, sign-in to your profile and update and verify your security proofs: support.xbox.com/.../add-security-contact-information  

If you're still receiving the same password prompt after updating your security information, try deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

Delete and re-download profile: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
