cant play gears of war 2 on my profile

my profile is not corrupted, i have deleted my acc (profile only) and recovered it, i have deleted all caches,and it still freezes before i hit the main menu when im not signed in it works plz help

Is Gears 2 the only game you cannot play? Are other profiles on your console able to play Gears 2?

yea gears 2 is the only game i cannot play and when im not signed in to my profile i can load to the main menu but freezes when im on my profile
