Automatic Renewal Error

On the site I am trying to change automatic renewal off. On the screen with the two options (On/Off obviously) when I select 'Off' and click 'Next' it comes up saying "An error occurred cancelling automatic renewal."
Any ideas as to why this is?

I know you used to have to call up to cancel it however it looked as though I could cancel it online.

You will need to call support if you wish to disable Auto-Renewal.

Nothing has changed, you still need to call Xbox Support to turn off automatic renewal.

Hah, such a useless feature on the site then.

Doing the same thing for a month or so.

And when I tried to use the online support, the "continue" button after the optional description was phased out and unresponsive.

I'm always able to turn off renewal on both mine and my younger brothers account right after purchasing a new subscription. Never got an error.

But if you do get an error call support straight away and report it and also get them to turn off the renewal.
