I bought a new disc drive a couple days ago (still waiting for it) and I just need to know what the code C000-000E is. As far as I know it doesn't mean it's modded, and It's not, I just want to know if Microsoft sees fixing a device inside the xbox is considered tampering... Once I get my old disc drive flased onto my new one, maybe it will download correctly? I tried to download it with and with out it and nothing has worked

If you have modified your console in any way (this includes installing a new disc drive), then your console may not be compatible with the new update, nor will it be eligible for repair (as per Section 12 of the Terms of Use).

no it doesnt it just means the xboxs mother bord is broken and the mother bord can not be fix so u have to get a new xbox 360 I sugest getting it at gamestop and just get a used on for $119.99 they will tell u ot to get the cheapest one and they will say that it gets red rings alot but thats not true i have had a used xbox for 4 years and it hasnt goten red rings once and if i were u i wouldnt get a new disk drive then u have to put the same code onto the new disk drive from the old disk drive and that can take up to 4 to 5 weeks with how manny GB u have to download to ur xbox and to the mother bord
