Hi,
Thank you for writing in Microsoft Community Forums.
As per the description I understand that you receive an error message
memory card (\\EPSON0464F5)
when you login in to laptop.
To help you better please answer these questions:
1. Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
2. Have you connected Epson printer to the computer?
3. What is the Model number for Epson printer?
I would like to inform you that this error message if your computer is connected to Epson Printer and the memory card or storage media (in printer) has not been loaded.
The Epson Printer includes a memory card slot (so that you can insert one from your digital camera and print pictures or copy them to your computer). Windows assigned that slot the driver letter "Z."
Method 1:
Unplug all the external device connected to the computer and check.
Method 2: Check if you can experience the issue in ‘Safe mode’; if safe mode works fine then set the computer to ‘Clean boot’ state to check for software conflicts.
Step 1:
Start your computer in safe mode.

Step 2:
Keep the computer on a clean boot and check for the issue status. If everything works fine after a clean boot, you can infer that some third party services are causing the problem. Proceed with the remaining steps to pin-point
out the third party service. After you figure out the problem causing program, you may have to update or install a higher version of the program, if you seldom use that software you can consider uninstalling it.
