Windows Update Error Code 80070005 microsoft.net Framework 4 client profile for windows 7 x64-based systems (KB982670)

I get Error Code 80070005 when trying to install the Following Update:  Microsoft.net Framework 4 Client Profile for Windows 7 x64-based Systems (KB982670).

I have not seen a detailed answer for this in any Forums to date.

I need help with this, Please!

You can even try running Windows Upadte troubleshooter.

Step 2:

KB982760 is an Optional, non-security update. Feel free to hide it.
