Download Windows 8 software again. Lost order number in attempted Reset

I installed Windows 8 successfully. I used the reset feature and it basically reformatted my hard drive and left my computer with no operating system. have reloaded Vista but still have Product Key for Windows 8. How can I download the software again. Lost order number in the crash.

I just purchased the Windows 8 Upgrade, had confirmation of payment via PayPal, and tried the links provided above, as well as other routes, and I keep getting the following message:

 

InternalError: Failed to continue with the installation. There may have been some errors during download. Please try again.

 

I have an active internet connection. At a total loss what to do. Also tried to get an ISO image and USB image but these also fail to download

I can't install windows 8 . i started  downloading windows 8  but still it is 0 percentage .from two days it is like that . can you help me . why it is not downloading
