Answer
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33A0   this is  Intel® Smart Connect Technology application driver  http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/smart-connect-technology.html

While your computer is asleep, Intel Smart Connect Technology wakes the system periodically and re-establishes network connectivity. This enables your applications that receive data from the Internet—such as your e-mail and social network sites—to quickly sync with the cloud service and update your system. After the content is updated, the system automatically transitions back to sleep mode.

Try to check the website of your motherboard manufacturer for downloading the driver and configuration utility of the device or use this link:

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community forums.

I understand that you are unable to find the driver for the unknown device in Windows 8.

Update the Unknown device drives from Device Manager:

a)      Press Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc.

b)      Expand the Unknown device.

c)      Click on properties, click on Driver tab.

d)      Click Update Drivers button.

e)      Select Search automatically for the updated software.

f)       Click on OK button.
