physical memory dump blue screen of death

I keep getting the physical memory dump blue screen of death error at least once a day.  It occurs relatively randomly, but one thing that always triggers it is trying to stream video online (through twitch.tv, colbert report, although bizarrely netflix seems to be fine).  I'm pretty sure I did a big windows update before the problem started.  We also upgraded our internet package and got a new modem (10mbps download upgraded to 50).  My laptop feels a bit hotter than usual, but it idles around 50-60 C.

I ran a test with the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which showed that everything was fine.  I'm not really sure what else to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the latest dump file, I can upload more if that would be helpful.

Hi,

The attached DMP file is of the REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18) bug check.

This indicates that the reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.

Ensure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest video card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the latest to ensure it's not a latest driver only issue. If you have already experimented with the latest video card driver and many previous versions, please give the beta driver for your card a try.
