  I know the upgrade for Windows 10 has ended on 29 july 2016. So now, can i legally upgrade with "Download tool" (because it works now)  ? Or is any restriction for business users? I want more details if is any restrictions  on instalation...

Sorry, it's about "Media Creatioin Tool", where we have the option "upgrade this PC now"

   So, i own license for windows 7, 8.

   Can i do an upgrade to windows 10 legally, with this media creation tool, with no problem for my business?

Your question isn't related to the upgrade (it's still possible), it's related "do I receive a legal W10 upgrade license".

Due to the free upgrade for Windows 10 has ended on 29 july 2016 it's imho not legal, because you haven't a valid Windows 10 license. You need either a volume license contract (software assurance) or buy a separate Windows 10 license with a key.

So, i received a W10 license. I had a W8 license integrated in bios OEM key (original, when the laptop was bought) and with Media Creation Tool, i upgraded to W10. The W10 license that i received is legal? Is ok?
