Windows 10 Update Assistant error "Something went wrong. You can contact Microsoft Support for help with this error. Here is the error code 0x80070570."

I have Windows 10 Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.494) successfully installed on my PC. I wish to upgrade to the latest Version 1607 (14393.10) using Windows 10 Update Assistant. It gives the following error after Updating reaches 2% completion. "Something went wrong. You can contact Microsoft Support for help with this error. Here is the error code 0x80070570."

I have tried the update process 5 times with the same result at 2% Updated. Can anyone help explain this error and how to get around it? Microsoft Support shows to do a manual install of Windows 10 (assuming one has an older OS) but I already have Windows 10 installed, this is just an upgrade.

Look forward to any help you can give.

This issue might have occurred due to some corrupted Windows update components.

 

If you are facing an issue in installing Anniversary Update through Windows updates, I suggest you to try installing it using ISO and media creation tool and check if this helps.
