Windows 10 Theme Settings help

I chose a few new themes from the online Microsoft store, and when I picked them, they said there was like 5 scenes with that theme. The issue, is every time I sign in, its the same 1st picture. How often is the theme picture supposed to change to a new pic?? I thought it would be with every new sign in, but its still showing that one picture, even if I sign in like every day, same pic. Anyone know about this?

In order for us to find out why the theme that you have downloaded is behaving that way, we would like to gather more information:

  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Can you send us a screenshot of the description of the theme?
  • Have you tried downloading the theme on a different computer to see if you'll get the same result?

 This is the theme. I also attached a pic of the theme settings page. I downloaded the theme from the Microsoft store. I also tried the other themes I downloaded like the cats one, and I still only get one pic. this is the same pic that I have seen the last 5 times I have logged in, and the theme said there was like 4 or 5 different scenes with the theme.

And I don't have a second laptop that I could try it on. The only troubleshooting I did was to just pick a different one, but nothing happened with that one either they are not changing the themes.

Hi - this is not a topic I usually deal with but your screenshots suggest that your W10 may not be correctly updated... these settings are managed elsewhere now, rather than in Control Panel... Have you tried altering this from Start/Settings/Personalization? (as shown below) - Cheers, R.
