High physical memory usage with no apparent reason

Recently I encounter a problem that I have a very high physical memory usage for unknown reason. The number of memory usage doesn't match the number added up from all the processes in my task manager and resource manager:

I also checked possible memory leak by drivers but nothing abnormal there.

Restarting computer will temporally fix the problem, but it comes back later.

I did a performance record as well. The ETL file can be accessed here.

I understand the CPU usage is showing higher than normal on the computer. The issue might have been caused due to some recent changes on the computer.

Check if the performance is improved, if not try performing a

Clean boot and check if the issue persists.

Method 2: Perform a Clean boot and check the status of the issue.

Perform a clean boot to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.
