DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (igdkmd64.sys)

Hi all. I recently updated to Windows 8.1 and whenever i try to play games, I am only able to play for a few minutes then the blue screen will occur. It showed DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (igdkmd64.sys).
Is there any solutions to this problem?

System Specs:
3rd generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M Processor @2.5GHz
NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) GT 650M Graphics with 2GB of dedicated video memory
4GB RAM
750GB  Hard Drive
Intel HD Graphics 4000

i tried the methods but it didn't workout ! so later i uninstalled all my network adapters from device manager. then restarted my laptop ! now its been 1 week and my pc is running really well and with no single error !

so i guess my problem is solved ! thank you very much for your support :)
