Inbox folder is missing on IMAP accounts after upgrade on 13 Nov 2013

On two of my IMAP email accounts, the Inbox has disappeared.

I can see the Sent, Draft, Junk folders but not the Inbox.
This happened after the MS Windows Office update yesterday, 13 Nov 2013.

I have removed and recreated the accounts.
I have called my service provider.
I have searched on the internet.
I have found no answer or solutions.

I can view my Inbox on webmail, via a Mac, on my iPhone and iPad.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Tess

Found on another post, don't remember where, but it worked.

FILE - Account Settings - Account Settings - Change - More Settings - Advanced

Where it says Folders - Root folder path:
Enter: inbox
