Hotmail email still down after over a week. Cant send or receive and says I need to add storage, which is not the case

I have already reported this (case number 1052105568) and have not heard back. They said there was an issue with the servers at hotmail and it would be fixed. They also said that they would contact me. No one has contacted me. My email still does not send or receive and they make it impossible to speak to anyone again now.

My email says it doesnt have enough storage, however the consultant tech help (case number 1052105568) said that this was not the case and that I had deleted enough emails however there was a server issue and that would refresh and I would be able to access my emails within 24 hours. 3days later still nothing.


How can I fix my email?

I am still unable to send or receive emails since April 10 and today is April 23. My email has been down for 14 days.
