Where does the $ from your points transfer show on your account?

It you go to your account settings, click on manage payment options it should show you Microsoft account: $?.??

I went into my account and it doesn't say what is available.

Even under manage payment options? If you can not find it I'd say call 1(800)4My-Xbox 1(800)469-9269 usually when you click on a game to purchase it it will give you the amount you have in your account at the very top of the list.

I checked mine and didn't see anything either.  I saw somewhere else a suggestion to check at commerce.microsoft.com.  I looked there and it showed my points are still there -- they haven't been converted yet.  It seems I can't do anything with them until they get converted, which apparently may happen within the next couple of days?

Try making a purchase on the console (you don't actually have to go through with it). When you start to make the purchase it will tell you that your points are going to be converted into currency and then they will convert it for you. Afterwards, you should be able to see the amount on the billing site - https://billing.microsoft.com

I got an email saying they retired my points and see nothing on a balance as well. Did I just lose all my points/$ ?!
