What can I do if I accidentally bought something off the marketplace...

Sorry, there are no refunds on items purchased on the marketplace.

However, there is a silver lining.  Even though you say you don't want the game it is available to all users on the console it was downloaded to.  Give it a try.  You may find you like it or perhaps someone else in the household will like it.

Its Black Ops, and I'm the only one that uses the xbox, and I never like'd Black Ops. It's a horrible game, I'm a Modern Warfare guy

Wow, Such bs. I'm so. I cant even download it. It goes up to 5% and stops, I know its not my connection. I just lost $50.. Completely lost $50

Well does your physical region match your account region? Country must be the same

If not then you cannot download it

If it is the same country then turn off your router and modem for 2-4 mins then restart them

Also delete the file and clear system cache

They both are ntsc. I called my internet provider and they reset the router and all the settings from there. I deleted the files and cleared the system cache several times. Still no luck, Whatever I have black ops in disc form but only one map works out of all of them, along with zombie maps. I guess I'm screwed...

You might not be. Support can troubleshoot with you and can do exceptions when it never downloads.

ntsc doesn't mean your region

when we say REGION we mean your country

if your physical country does not match your account country you will have issues downloading blackops as it is regionally country specific

I'm in Sullivan county, New York. I've never had any country problems. lol. What should I do call the support number? Can they offer me a refund? Since it refuses to download...  It's quite odd. It seems like Black Ops is the only thing that won't download. idk what is wrong with it... My xbox's dvd drive went bad last year, I got it fixed tho. and this doesn't require the drive anyway...

Would they even help me since its a few days after the fact??
