hi i downloaded a music video (on zune)on sunday (artist dr dre-music video, i need a doctor)i tryed downloading it reached 25% and stopped,i automatically deleted it,on zune and did another download it reached 100% and this came along side of the video (playback error on zune c00d36c4) i left it and did another delete today monday it downloaded up to 35% and stopped and now i have deleted it again hope you can help many thanks again

playback error on zune

Can you go to http://speedtest.net from a computer on the same network as the Xbox, take the test, then post the result image link here? Also, when you delete a file, make sure you do it in this order: Delete > Clear Cache > Restart Console > Redownload

hi many thanks 4 the support i did the delete/clear cache/restart console/redownloaded which i forgot to add in the question above (sorry) i had to contact x box support which the gentlman was very professional can you now please delete this post as it has now been solved(unfortunately by a refund)many,many thanks again for your valuable support Mister Gwyther and also the x box support team

I keep getting screwed on xbox i bought a music video - error,,, I rented a movie (Observe And Report) of course it expired because errors wouldnt let me watch it lost alot of points over it..... im not mad i just wish i got to watch the stuff i purchased
