On th 9th i added 4200 microsoft points to my account which all ready had 440 in it, I then bought a game for 1600, after that i have personaly bought nothing. To day i've notest that i ownly have 40 microsoft points in my account, after looking at my microsoft billing information it appears that x12 "PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO" for 240 microsoft points and x1 "PREMIUM GOLD PACK" for 120 microsoft points have been bought with my account. After looking in to it i have found that this refers to something to do with FIFA. I am confused to how this has happened as i do not even own a copy of any FIFA game. Could anybody help me understand what has happened hear and what to do as I have lost 3,000 microsoft points and have no idea on what to do.

call up support and have an unauthorized access claim set up when done you will get your points back, the only thing they cannot do is remove the FIFA 12 achievements that were unlocked on your account as there are no way to remove em once earned (even if you did not do the one that earned em).

i buyed battlefield 2 and it cant download it was 1400 microsoft points fail....
