Error Code: 8c230002

I am trying to download the game WSOP: Full House Pro, but I keep receiving this error message. I did as the message suggested and looked up the error code. I checked my settings as directed, but didn't need to change anything as I already had them correct to begin with .

The game is free on the console, but when I went to try and download it off of the website, it cost $10.

A friend of mine had no problem downloading the game.

I don't know what to do to fix this issue. Please help.

There is currently a service outage for the Xbox Live Market Place

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

or

http://support.xbox.com and click the link at the top left of the page that says service alert if living outside the USA

I'm having somewhat of the same issue. The marketplace will not let me download anything from it giving me the same code and it has been like this all day. It will also not let me download a game update for medal of honor and therefore I am unable to play the game online. It makes me get frustrated so if you have figured anything out would you mind telling me how to fix it? Thanks!

I've been having the same problem you're having. I get the error code for every game.
